- Mandatory - Submission of Maternal History Form & Latest copy of Ultrasound report (NT/NB Scan or Level 1 Scan) during sample collection. The recommended period is 11 to 13 weeks + 6 days of gestation
- Ultrasound report must have Date of scan, Nuchal Translucency (NT) and Crown Rump Length (CRL) in mm. This is mandatory for combined risk assessment.
- Maternal History Form - Provide maternal Date of Birth; Last Period Date (LMP) or Ultrasound Date; Number of Fetuses (Single/Twins); Diabetic status and Body Weight in Kg, Natural or Assisted Pregnancy, Smoking Habits & Previous history of Trisomy 21 pregnancy.
- Keep Information handy while booking the test and also during the sample collection.
