The first step to validate the prescription is to check if it is prescribed by a reliable medical practitioner, then we check the date & patient details. We will proceed further with test bookings if all the details are acceptable.

Once you confirm the booking with Redcliffe labs, you can check the booking status in a few easy steps:

What’s the Process for Canceling the Booking?
Booked the wrong test or want to reschedule the current booking? Want to cancel the test? Don’t worry; we’ve got you. Find the steps here:
- Log into your Redcliffe Labs online account.
- You will see all the patient information on the page.
- Click on Booking and Reports> Edit Booking > Cancel
- Click on cancel the booking, and it’s done.
- From herein, it’s possible to cancel, book, and reschedule your booking.

How can I use my Redcash?
The Redcash Programme offers cashback rewards for booking health tests with Redcliffe Labs. New users receive 100% cashback as Redcash on their first booking. For subsequent bookings, users receive 5% cashback as Redcash.
Users can pay 5% of the actual booking amount through Redcash. Up to Rs 75 using Redcash. This can be availed once per day.
How Can I check my Redcash?

What is the Expiry of the Redcash?
Earned Redcash would be expired if no new booking is done within 6 months from the last booking.

Do I Need to Fast Before The Test?
Not all blood tests require fasting. If you need fasting before any tests, it will be mentioned beforehand in the instructions for test preparation.
General Instructions Before The Test
How should I prepare for the blood test mentally and physically?
Relax and stay calm. If you feel anxious, ask our sample collection expert to explain the process. Avoid physical activity and stress before the test; calm down and relax for at least 15 minutes before the blood withdrawal. Ensure you get enough sleep the night before.We recommend not getting out of bed suddenly to give the sample; wait for at least 3-5 minutes before giving the sample after waking up.
What should I know about medications and fasting before the blood test?
Take your medications as prescribed, unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Inform the sample collection expert if you are taking blood-thinning medications like heparin or warfarin, or any other specific medications such as diabetic, hypertensive, cardiac, renal, antibacterial, or biotin-containing medications. Generally, fasting means 8-12 hours unless specified otherwise.
How important is hydration before the blood test?
Drink adequate water before giving the sample to ensure you are well-hydrated.
Are there any specific considerations for females or post-test care?
For hormone testing, follow the schedule provided by your physician, as hormone levels can vary depending on the time of day. If you experience bruising after the blood sample is taken, gently apply ice to the area, and it should recover within a few days.
Can I still have the checkup if I am menstruating?
Yes, you can still have a blood test during menstruation. However, if you are opting for a package that includes a urine sample, it is suggested to schedule your test after your menstruation is completed for more accurate results.
Can I consume alcohol or caffeine before the test?
It is recommended to avoid alcohol for at least 24-48 hours before providing your sample. Avoiding caffeine is also advisable to ensure the accuracy of your test results.

How Will I Get My Reports?
We work for your convenience and make reports available online via your registered email id or WhatsApp number. If you wish to download the reports through the website, follow the below-mentioned steps:

- Click on your profile
- Now go to `Bookings & Reports`
- Click on ‘Reports’ and then ‘View Details.’
- Here, You Will Get an Option to select the appropriate member and then view/download reports.

How to Book a Report Consultation?
For booking a report consultation, after the completion of the test at Redcliffe Labs, follow the below-mentioned steps.
- Once your test report is ready, you will get a link on your email report & registered no. Via SMS.
- Here, you can click on the link to book an appointment with our Health Expert.
- This link is valid for 72 hours.
- If you opt for a report consultation, you will receive a call back within 48 - 72 hours.

Sharing a prescription with Redcliffe Labs is as simple as booking a test. Check out the steps here:

Refund
What is your refund policy?
The Company shall initiate the Refund after reasonable validation of the information received by the Company. After the company completes the validation process, an SMS containing a link to update their account details will be sent to the customer. The process of validation can take up to 72 business hours. The refund will be processed upon successfully verifying the details updated via the provided link. If the user does not share the necessary information, Redcliffe Labs cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the refunds.
How do I initiate a refund?
For refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request:[Booking ID]”. You can also call or Whatsapp on 898 898 0606.Please consider providing the following information:
- Booking ID
- Name of the Customer/ Patient
- Registered Contact Number
- Bank Account Number and IFSC Code
What is the timeframe for receiving a refund?
On receiving a valid request, Redcliffe Labs shall initiate the refund process, and the Customer shall receive the amount within 5-7 working days from the date of refund intimation (This would be valid for the refund being processed offline). This is subject to any clearance where 3rd party payment aggregators are involved, in which case, the payment shall be refunded within 15 days.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund within the specified timeframe?
Our refunds are typically processed within the specified timeframe. However, your refund might be stuck when delays occur due to pending clearance from our payment aggregator or your bank server issues. To expedite such cases, please email [email protected], including all your booking details. Our team will promptly investigate and assist in expediting your refund process.
Can I get a refund if I pay an extra payment amount or a discount not applied for the test booking?
If you've paid more than the required amount for a test booking or a discount hasn't been correctly applied, you may be eligible for a refund or adjustment. Please reach out to our customer support team at [contact information] and provide details of the overpayment or discount discrepancy. Ensure you have relevant payment documentation available for reference. We have policies in place to address such situations and will review your case promptly. Refunds or adjustments will be made in accordance with our terms and conditions. Keeping records of your transactions and any communication regarding payment issues will expedite the resolution process.
Express Slot
What is Express Slot?
This program is meant for those customers who want to book their test on an urgent basis. If a customer requests to book a health test/package within the next 2 hours on an urgent basis, an additional Express Slot Charge of Rs 150/- will be applicable. This will be applicable over and above the selected test/package price and discounts. Express slot charges would apply to VIP members as well.
What is the charge of Express Slot?
The nominal charge for an Express Slot is Rs 150. This fee covers the provision of an expedited slot for sample collection by our expert. This service ensures a quicker and prioritized collection of samples at your convenience.
How can I avail of Express Slot?
- Option 1: You select the check box on our website/app while booking the tests through it.
- Option 2: If you are booking a test through the call center, please inform our health expert that you want to avail of the express slot. By paying an additional Rs 150, you can avail yourself of Express Slot Services.
Is the Express Slot charge refundable?
The nominal charge for the Express Slot service is non-refundable, regardless of whether the test is conducted or canceled.
Can I change or reschedule my test after securing an Express Slot?
Yes, you can modify the scheduled test time after securing an Express Slot, subject to the availability of our sample Collection expert.
Can I transfer my Express Slot booking to someone else?
The Express Slot booking is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the booking.

Who all can get VIP Program facilities?
Membership of the Redcliffe Loyalty Program is open only to individuals. It is not available to companies, trusts, partnerships, or other entities.
Can I Transfer my VIP membership to someone else?
No VIP Membership is not transferable, but you can avail of the benefits for all the bookings you make from your account.
What are the Benefits of the VIP Program?

What is the validating of the VIP Program?
Validity depends on the plan you have selected. We have two plans, i.e. Rs 99 for 1 year & Rs 199 for 3 years.
Can I apply an additional coupon along with a VIP discount?
If you choose to use a coupon code in conjunction with your VIP membership, please note that the 10% VIP membership discount will still apply as part of your total discount. However, there may be an upper limit on the specific coupon you use, which will determine the maximum total discount you can receive.
In how many total bookings can I take the benefit of the VIP program in a month?
You can use VIP Benefits for only 10 bookings each month. Bookings made over 10 monthly bookings shall be chargeable at the regular applicable rates.

What are the charges for Reports hardcopy?
The charges for a hard copy are ₹150.
How long does it take to receive the hardcopy?
Delivery of the hardcopy takes approximately 5-7 working days.
How can I place an order for the hardcopy?
You can place a request for the hardcopy at the time of booking for sample collection via website or application or by contacting our customer service team at 898 898 0606.
How can I get the tracking no. and can I track my hardcopy order?
Once your consolidated reports are prepared, we will start processing for hardcopies, you can receive a tracking number by contacting our customer service team.
What will be hard copy charges for more than 1 customer?
There are no additional charges if the hardcopy is requested for a particular booking, even if it includes multiple additional members under that booking
Will I be charged in case I collect a report from the lab?
There are no charges if you collect the report from the lab, as the ₹150 fee applies only to logistics and delivery
