If you are initiating the query for the first time, you can call us @8988980606 or write to us at care@redcliffelabs.com. You will receive the first response within 12 - 24 working hours.

Level 2

If in case you do not get a satisfactory response or the concern is not addressed within 24 hours, we request you to write an email at complaints@redcliffelabs.com, along with your booking id.

If your concern remains unaddressed or you are not satisfied with the response received earlier, you can mail us at servicehead@redcliffelabs.com with the booking ID. You can expect the first response within 12 hours.
