Mandatory - Submission of Maternal History Form & Latest copy of Ultrasound report (NT/NB Scan or Level 1 Scan) during sample collection. The recommended period is 11 to 13 weeks + 6 days of gestation
Ultrasound report must have Date of scan, Nuchal Translucency (NT) and Crown Rump Length (CRL) in mm. This is mandatory for combined risk assessment.
