I visited my Island in the Caribbean, I had Beet drinks and other local drinks they made from different fruits. I loved it so much, since I returned back to the States, I made. It, and drink a glass every day. It is really delicious. In the past I have cooked it, but never enjoyed it as much as I enjoy drinking it. Thank you for all the information you have posted.
