    Mera ek question hai ki agar fatty lever badha hua hai to doodh pi sakte hai ki nahi

      Agar aapko fatty liver hai, toh doodh pi sakte hain, lekin full-fat doodh ke bajaye skimmed ya low-fat doodh behtar rahega. Full-fat doodh mein saturated fat zyada hota hai, jo liver par aur load daal sakta hai. Isliye, low-fat ya fat-free dairy products ka istemal karna aapke liver ke liye accha rahega.
