  • Yahan K. Palia of Mumbai, Maharashtra, set the record for the most skips in eight hours, with 77,364 skips in January 2022.

Level How to Perform? 
Beginner This is the initial level. Start with one rope rotation per jump for 30 seconds on and off time duration. Repeat the same for 5-10 rounds. 
Intermediate During this level, increase your skipping duration. Go for one rope rotation per jump with a time of 1 minute on and 30 seconds off. Repeat the same for 5-10 rounds. 
Advanced At this level, you can start with two rope rotations per jump with a time of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off. Repeat the same for 5-10 rounds. 

5 Side-Effects of Skipping Ropes
