½ cup mushroom soup 

¼ cup boiled cup + 1 boiled egg + 2 warm rasgulla + 1 tsp ghee

1 cup turmeric milk 

Tuesday

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

1 cup rice flake pulav with carrots and peas 

1 cup tender coconut water + 1 orange

2 mashed potato in ½ cup boiled rice + 1 boiled egg + 2 tsp ghee on warm rice

⅓ cup chicken soup 

⅓ cup boiled rice + ¼ cup milk + 3 tsp jaggery 

1 cup turmeric milk 

Wednesday

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

1.5 chapati soaked in ½ cup milk with added sugar 

1 cup tender coconut water + 1 ripe banana 

½ cup boiled rice + 1 piece fish & ½ cup stew 

½ cup spinach soup 

⅓ cup boiled rice + ½ cup carrot in potato cutty + 2 warm rasgulla 

1 cup turmeric milk 

Thursday 

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

1 cup milk & cornflakes 

1 cup tender coconut water + 1 apple 

½ cup boiled rice + 2 pieces chicken & ½ cup stew 

½ cup vegetable soup 

⅓ cup boiled rice + 2 mashed potato + 1 tsp ghee + 2 warm rasgulla 

1 cup turmeric milk 

Friday 

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

2 chapati + ½ masoor dal soup

1 cup tender coconut water + ½ bowl of grapes 

½ cup yellow matar daal curry + ¼ fresh lime on it. 

½ cup carrot soup 

⅓ cup mashed boiled rice + ¼ cup milk + 3 tsp jaggery 

1 cup turmeric milk 

Saturday 

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

2 chapati + ½ cup Bengal gram daal

1 cup tender coconut water + ½ cup black grapes 

½ cup yellow matar daal curry + ¼ fresh lime 

½ cup spinach soup 

⅓ cup boiled rice + 1 piece fish & ⅓ cup stew + 2 warm rasgulla 

1 cup turmeric milk 

Sunday 

1 glass Lukewarm water with lemon & ginger + 5 pre-soaked almonds + 1 cup herbal tea 

2 chapati + ½ cup moong dal soup 

1 cup tender coconut water +2 chikus

½ cup boiled rice + 1 piece fish & ½ cup stew 

½ cup carrot soup 

⅓ cup mashed boiled rice + ¼ cup milk + 3 tsp jaggery
