I wish to know the constituents of dalia. This will help me understand as to how the fiber content of dalia adds up to more than 12 %. If the major constituent is wheat, then wonder how the fiber can be so high ... Fiber in wheat is less than ten percent.

Dalia, made from whole durum wheat, is rich in fiber (around 10-12%), as it includes all parts of the wheat kernel. This high fiber content aids digestion, supports weight loss, and keeps you feeling fuller longer compared to refined wheat products.
