How to increase white blood cells?

Eat oranges and amla among other foods high in vitamin C. Make it a daily habit to include protein sources such as eggs, fish, and lentils. Include in your diet foods that are rich in folate, for example spinach and beans. It is important to get sufficient sleep and to reduce stress because both of these factors have an effect on the immune system. Take up moderate exercise in order to improve circulation. Avoid alcohol and smoking since these habits impair your immune system. If your count remains low even after making these changes, you should see a doctor for proper testing.
