There is no one “ideal” weight for a 5 feet 3 inches female. For adults, BMI is commonly used as a general guide. At this height, a BMI in the standard healthy range of 18.5–24.9 corresponds to roughly 47–64 kg. But this is only a rough estimate. The BMI doesn’t account for muscle mass, body composition, pregnancy, or your overall health. That’s why a healthy weight can vary from person to person. For children and teenagers under 18, adult BMI ranges should not be used. Their weight should be assessed based on age, sex, and growth pattern.
