There is no tablet that can safely induce periods immediately. A delayed or missed period may occur due to pregnancy, stress, sudden weight changes, PCOS, thyroid problems, or other hormonal imbalances. Depending on the underlying cause, a doctor may prescribe hormonal medication, such as progestin, to trigger withdrawal bleeding in certain cases. The choice of medicine and dosage depends on your medical history and the reason for the delayed period. If pregnancy is possible, take a pregnancy test before considering any medication. Avoid taking hormonal tablets without medical advice, as inducing periods without ruling out pregnancy or identifying the cause of the delay may be unsafe.
