No single juice works for every type of stomach pain. If you're experiencing mild stomach discomfort, drinking water is usually a better option to stay hydrated. Some juices, particularly those high in sugar or acidity, may worsen symptoms such as acidity, bloating, or diarrhoea. Therefore, it's best not to rely on juice as a remedy for stomach pain. If the pain is severe, keeps recurring, or is accompanied by vomiting, fever, blood in the stool, black stools, or worsening abdominal discomfort, consult a doctor promptly.
