Most adults need around 7-9 hours of sleep each night to maintain good health. While six hours may be manageable for a short period, consistently getting less sleep can lead to fatigue, poor concentration, and mood changes. Adequate sleep also supports memory, immune function, and the body's natural repair processes. Although individual sleep needs can vary, regularly sleeping for only six hours is generally not recommended. If you often feel tired or struggle to stay focused, try increasing your sleep duration.
