Preeclampsia Risk Screening- Roche (Astraia)

1. Submit the ultrasound report (NT/NB or Level 1 Scan) during sample collection, preferably between 11 to 13 weeks + 6 days of gestation.

2. Mandatory Maternal details (DOB, weight, height, history of diabetes, smoking and sample collection date), No. of fetuses (single or twin) and mode of conception (natural or IVF).

3. The Mandatory Ultrasound report must have Date of scan, NT and CRL in mm, UTPI Values with USG Impression.

4. BP value both hands with measuring date
