• Program Eligibility

The VIP Gold membership is an invite-only program. Invitations are extended based on internal criteria determined solely by Redcliffe Labs. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be gifted or reassigned.

• Membership Benefits

VIP Gold members enjoy exclusive privileges which may include, but are not limited to, priority handling, personalized support, complimentary consultations, exclusive offers, and other premium services. The exact benefits may vary and are subject to change based on business discretion.

• Doctor Consultation

Only one member can be selected per consultation request under the VIP Gold membership. Multiple members cannot be included in a single doctor consultation session.

• Chat Support

Nutritional chat support is available to VIP Gold members during designated operational hours only.

• Membership Validity

The VIP Gold membership is granted for a lifetime unless otherwise specified. Redcliffe Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership and its associated benefits at its sole discretion.

• Restrictions

Members must adhere to the general terms of use of Redcliffe Labs' services. Any misuse or abuse of VIP privileges may result in immediate revocation of membership without prior notice.

• Modification of Benefits

Redcliffe Labs retains the right to add, remove, or alter VIP Gold membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

• Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the VIP Gold membership program shall be resolved in accordance with Redcliffe Labs’ standard dispute resolution policies.

• Privacy

All personal data and health information collected in connection with the VIP Gold membership are managed in line with Redcliffe Labs’ privacy policy.
