There is a myth that you only have to do one form of exercise routine to lose weight. No matter your age or fitness level, these activities are some of the best exercises you can do and will help you get in shape and lower your risk for disease.
1. Swimming
2. tai chi
3. Strength training
4. Walking
5. Kegel exercise
Before starting a weight training program, be sure to learn the proper form. Start light, with just one or two pounds. You should be able to lift the weights 10 times with ease. After a couple of weeks, increase that by a pound or two. If you can easily lift the weights through the entire range of motion more than 12 times, move up gradually to a slightly heavier weight. Many of the things we do for fun (and work) count as exercise. Raking the yard counts as physical activity. So does ballroom dancing and playing with your kids or grandkids. As long as you’re doing some form of aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and you include two days of strength training a week, you can consider yourself an “active” person.
vickyKeymaster2 years, 1 month agoIf you are experiencing burning sensation while urinating, it is an obvious symptom of UTI. It is the common one with which women are very familiar. Immediate treatment is the key to relieving these symptoms like burning sensation, frequent urination, and pelvic pain. You must see your doctor if you experience these symptoms and get treated before it spreads further. Generally, Phenazopyridine relieves UTI pain, irritation, burning sensation, and discomfort along with frequent urination. It is not an antibiotic and does not cure the infection. It is taken to just get relief from burning sensation and pain. You can stop taking this medicine when pain, burning sensation, and discomfort completely disappear.
You just have to take the medication as directed.

Mostly the infection develops in the bladder but can also spread to the kidneys if you ignore it for long. Most of the time your body can get rid of these bacteria, but in a few cases, there is an increased risk of getting UTIs.
Women are more prone to urine problems as their urethra is shorter and closer to the uretheral opening. In addition, you are more likely to get an infection after sexual activity, using unhygenic washrooms etc.
In women, menopause also increases the risk.
Males can also get UTIs, and it is a more compliceted infections for them. The condition is common in males of older age as then you are more likely to develop non-cancerous enlargement of their prostate gland. This enlargement of the prostate gland compresses the bladder neck and makes it harder for you to urinate, and if the bladder doesn’t empty completely, it can create problems.
