As you inch closer to your delivery date, you need to reduce the intensity of the workout or exercises you are doing. Hefty movement, bouncing, and jumping are a complete no-go during the last stretch of your pregnancy.
Instead, you can go for a light jog or walk around the park. You can also indulge in some stretching and movement on the gym ball to induce labor. Besides that, swimming and pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) are also considered safe to do.
