Preparing your body for a normal delivery involves a lot of work. You have to be aware of the process of normal delivery, understand what’s going to happen and decide your birthing plan accordingly.
Leading an active lifestyle and doing even 10 minutes of yoga every day can enhance your chances of having a normal vaginal birth. That said, some of the exercises that you need to include in your pregnancy journey are:
- Child’s pose
- Cat-cow pose
- Walking
- Swimming
- Wall slide
- Clamshell
- Downward dog pose
- Pelvic tilt or angry cat pose
- Butterfly pose
- Kegels or pelvic stretches
- Squats, etc.
