What exercises to avoid during third trimester?

The third trimester is the most important phase in any pregnancy. With a few weeks until you give birth, being considerate of the exercises you are doing is very important.
You don’t want to indulge in any exercises that involve rigorous jerking or movement of the body. Some exercises like bouncing, hopping, and skipping are completely off the charts.
Besides that, you also want to avoid any kinds of exercises or yoga poses that require you to lie down flat on the ground. So, prenatal yoga poses like savasana are also not allowed during the third trimester.
