When interpreting your blood glucose test, the normal fasting blood sugar level is between 80-99 mg/dL.
If the levels are between 100-125 mg/dL, it indicates prediabetes. If the levels are 126 mg/dL and higher, it indicates that the person has diabetes.
Additionally, the range will change depending on the glucose test you are getting. The above is reading for fasting blood glucose levels. The same will be different if it’s measuring the post-prandial blood glucose levels.
