- Sugary Foods and Drinks:- Sweets, candies, sugary sodas, and energy drinks.
- Refined Carbs:- White bread, pasta, and baked goods made with white flour.
- Fried Foods:- Fried foods, such as chips, deep-fried snacks, and fried fast food.
- High-Fat Dairy Products:- Whole milk, full-fat cheese, and other high-fat dairy.
- Processed Meats:- Bacon, sausages, and deli meats.
Sonali you have to avoid these foods in type 1 diabetes to control the sugar levels. As well as you should add on exercise in your daily routine and consult with your doctor or dietitian.
