Yoga can potentially control your diabetes but not cure it. There is no cure for this disease known to man yet but regular practice of yoga can reduce the risks of insulin resistance in the body, improve metabolism and make your body’s cells more efficient in utilizing the insulin available in the bloodstream.
Yoga asanas like Kapalbhati and Pranayama show amazing results in controlling diabetes and keeping blood glucose levels in the permissible range.
So, practicing yoga on an empty stomach for 15-20 minutes every day can show amazing results for diabetes patients.
