i don’t understand these 2 lines in the results

Pus cells(Manual/Microscopy) RESULT = 1 REFRENCE RANGE = Less than 2 to 5 WBCs/hpf

Bacteria cells(Manual/Microscopy) RESULT = Numerous REFRENCE RANGE = Lesser than 20/hpf
