Serum Creatinine/Kidney Function Question

47 year old female with no other health conditions/no medications. My serum creatinine has been 0.9 mg/dL for the last 2.5 years (was 0.77 and 0.8 previous 2 years), no proteinuria. I know this result is considered normal, but only equates to an eGFR of 80 which seems low for my age?
If normal lab variation can be up to 0.2 then my scr could actually be 1.1 which would be eGFR of only 62 which is worrisome. Should I be concerned ???
