Right Adnexa shows a large cystic lesion of size~50.1×34.7mm with fine internal septations and no vascularity on color doppler, Right ovary is not seen separately…S/o Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst…

What does this mean..? What are its causes..? How i can cure it..?

I m 16 years old and after 2 months I will 17.. Is it harmful..??
