My SGOT is 46 and My SGPT is 32.1,is my liver have damage? There’s also a trace of protein in my urinalysis test.

Your SGOT (46) is a little high, but SGPT (32.1) is normal. This doesn’t mean serious liver damage. It could be due to fatty liver, medicines, or alcohol.
A trace of protein in urine is usually not a problem, but if it keeps happening, it should be checked. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and repeat the test if needed. See a doctor if you feel weak, have yellow skin, or other symptoms.
